This is my favourite bread! I love the heartiness of the whole grains which keep me satiated and the very silght sour taste. It pairs perfectly with practically anything in a savoury dish. My favourite ways to eat this are a simple grilled cheese, or a vege/meat sandwich with salad and pesto. Awesome.
